Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, often using a short period of skin contact for additional aromatic intensity, which is then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain primary aromas. Malolactic conversion is generally blocked during a short maturation in tank before fining, filtration and bottling in glass.
