Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, made from ripe fruit and fermented by cultured yeast in neutral vessels. After pressing, malolactic conversion will occur in tank, and oak alternatives (chips or staves) may be added for oak flavors during a short maturation before fining, filtering, and bottling.
