A light white wine from Rioja DOCa

Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, where hand-harvested and heavily sorted grapes are crushed and allowed a period of skin contact for additional aromatic intensity before fermentation to dryness in neutral vessels, by ambient yeast, at moderate temperatures. Wines are racked into oak, 225L French or American and a portion new, for a minimum of 6 months. The total minimum maturation time of 48 months is required before sale.
