Rias Baixas
(Acceptable to Good)
A light white wine from Rías Baixas DO

Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, often using skin contact for additional aromatic intensity, which is then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain primary aromas. A portion of the wine is likely to go through malolactic fermentation to manage its high acidity, before fining, filtering, bottling and a quick release.
