Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, made from machine-harvested and minimally sorted fruit, which is pressed and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain primary aromas. After fining and filtration they may be bottled in glass, but much of production is sold in bulk or packaged in alternatives such as bag in box.
