Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, usually fermented in neutral vessels at mid-range white fermentation temperatures. Pre-fermentation skin contact may occur for additional aromas and texture with malolactic conversion occurring in tank. Maturation similarly occurs in neutral vessels before any blending, fining, filtering, and bottling.
