Summary
A crushed fruit fermentation wine, often using skin contact for additional aromatic intensity, which is then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain primary aromas. These wines usually show pronounced fruit character. After brief maturation in tank, they undergo light fining and filtration before they are bottled in glass. They may be aged for a brief time in bottle before release.
