A crushed fruit fermentation wine, the fruit is first destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel at warm temperatures. Post fermentation, wines may receive up to an additional 20 days of maceration on the skins before maturation in French oak barrel, a percentage new, contributing oak tannin, enhancing the texture providing aromas of oak alongside primary fruit.
