Barossa Valley Shiraz
(Very Good to Outstanding)
A light red wine from Barossa Valley Region

Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, often of very ripe and concentrated fruit. The high potential alcohol and lower acidity of the must may require adjustment before being fermented in stainless steel at warm temperatures. Post fermentation, wines are quickly removed from the skins and are matured in oak barrel (American or French) to further soften tannins and provide aromas of oak alongside primary fruit.
