Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc
(Good to Very Good)
A light white wine from Adelaide Hills Region

Summary

A crushed fruit fermentation wine, often using skin contact for additional aromatic intensity, which is then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain primary aromas. These wines usually show less fruit character than benchmark Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (good to very good) examples. After light fining and filtration they are generally bottled in glass under screw top closure
