Summary

Best known as a key grape of the wines of famous wines of Tokaj PDO, this complex and acid retaining grape is used to create some of the sweetest wines in the world, completely dry examples, and everything in between. It was traditionally part of a blend but single varietal examples can now be found across the spectrum of quality levels.
