Tutuvén Valley Zone

Summary

Located eastern part of the larger Maule Valley Subregion, it is closer to the Andes Mountains and benefits from a warm, dry Mediterranean climate, tempered by the mountains, providing significant Diurnal Range.

The soils are clay and sandy loam with granitic influences and well-drained which are used for red wine production, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Carmenère.
