Summary

This wine zone runs from the southern end of the New South Wales coast northwards, where it interlocks neatly with the southern edge of the Hunter Valley Zone. There are just two declared GI regions and production is small scale in both.Unlike other areas of Australia, Shiraz does not have a dominant presence here.
