Roero DOCG

Summary

A small DOCG in Piemonte known for producing crisp white wines from Arneis as well as aromatic red wines from Nebbiolo. Located north-west of Alba, sites are on sandy hills on the right bank of the river Tanaro. Reds are softer and earlier-maturing than Barolo or Barbaresco.
