Redwood Valley AVA

Summary

Situated in the northern part of Mendocino County, bordered by the Ukiah Valley to the south and the foothills of the Mendocino Range to the north. Warm summers are moderated by the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and the marine fog that enters through the coastal valleys. Characterized by rolling hills, valleys, and small creeks. The vineyards are situated at various elevations. A range of bold reds and whites are produced.
