Summary

Vineyard sites are clustered around the hill of Corton in the northern end of the Côtes de Beaune. Both red and white wines are featured here. Achieving full ripeness is difficult in cool years as many of these vineyards have a north western aspect. White wines have a hard but attractive flinty character which develops well during bottle ageing.
