Collioure AOC

Summary

Small coastal appellation within Roussillon, that extends to the Franco-Spanish border. This area is within Banyuls and is responsible for producing deep structured dry reds alongside rosé styles and minimal white wine production. There is limited availability for mechanisation due to the steep terraced sites of this area. Bush vines are the most common method of training, with some of the lowest yields achieved in France.
