Summary
A cru communaux located south of Gorges in the Pays Nantais that specialises in dry, high acid, single varietal white wines. Restricted yields and two years of lees ageing is required and is often carried out in underground glass-lined tanks. This extended lees ageing increases the body and overall freshness of these wines.
