The highest classification of Chablis wine, representing the pinnacle of quality and prestige. Produced from a small group of vineyards located on a southwest-facing slope on the right bank of the Serein River. Sites contain Kimmeridgian limestone soils that are rich in marine fossils. Wines have a distinct minerality and complexity.
