New area of the Aconcagua Region, only planted in the 1980s and with only low-lying hills as a buffer to the Pacific Ocean, it is one of the coolest wine regions in Chile. Known for cool-climate examples of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc with some Pinot Noir and Syrah
