Summary

A large sheltered wine region located within the Barossa Zone in the South Australia. One of the most famous wine regions, known for producing some of the country's most iconic and high-quality Shiraz. An area of flat plains, complex iron rich soils and a very dry climate. Home to some of the world’s oldest dry-farmed bush vines. Accompanied with thriving wine tourism industry, the region also has a rich cultural history, with many of its wineries and vineyards being owned and operated by multi-generational families.
